Pete is the ideal person to work with no matter what you you need done. He shows up on time (early actually), and gets the work done promptly without BSing around. He's willing to fix anything you aren't satisfied with and he guarantees his work. Very accessible and even met me on a Sunday.
He met me at the property to introduce himself and give a free quote for the various repairs I needed done. His prices are better than you would expect from someone with his skills. I was hesitant at first because you usually get what you pay for, but he did a great job and will be my go-to guy when I need any kind of work done. He handled various locks , helped fix a fire code door, and even plumbing issues in the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything works properly now and it was quick and affordable working with Pete. He's a nice guy that knows what he's doing and I look forward to working with him again.
