Introduction: Yvonne Wheeler, an expert transformation coach, assists individuals in managing life-work balance and the necessary transitions life requires, for clients to live the vision of their personal and professional lives. Her focus is to empower them to create a vision and to set up a coaching structure that enables them to focus on following five areas: * Spirituality and Well-Being * Peaceful Abode(s) * Nurturing Relationships * Prosperity Management * Vision Management As an American living in Canada and several months in either the southwest US or Ajijic, Mexico, she specializes in coaching individuals in the processes necessary for creating a vision of their personal and professional lives, managing it in a healthy and balanced way, and enjoying and appreciating their successes as their develop their skills and competencies. Yvonne Wheeler is an Erickson certified professional coach, a Legacy Leadership certified facilitator, a Founding Board Certified Coach (Business, Career, and Leadership) with the Centre for Credentialing & Education (ECE), an affiliate of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), and a member of the Experts Industry Association. In addition, Yvonne brings more than 20 years of experience in the training and development industry, having served clients from executives to middle management and from seasoned employees to new employees, in both the private and public sectors. She is a bilingual (English and French) professional counselor, has a Master's in Education from the University of Ottawa in Ontario, A B. Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, and recently she completed her graduate certificate in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University in Florida, USA. Yvonne Wheeler was the first to hold a full-time position as a transformation coach in the Federal Government of Canada. In her role as transformation coach, she performed assessments on values, interests, aptitudes, preferences, 360, etc. and provided individual coaching for employees on career management and transition, relocation and retirement planning. She facilitated coaching circles on topics related to career management, competency development, leadership development, project management, work processes, conflict resolution, and trained employees in developing coaching skills to improve employee engagement. Her experience as a public servant includes serving as a career advisor at the Treasury Board Secretariat’s Chief Information Office for the Information Technology Management Development Program. She was a Senior Learning Advisor and Learning Specialist for the Canadian Human Rights Commission, where she also researched and prepared a Workplace Well-Being Initiative Strategy, implemented a Career Management Framework and provided Career Counseling Services. Yvonne Wheeler also worked with the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Education, Concordia University’s Continuous Education, in Montreal QC, and as a consultant serviced several multi-nationals across Canada, including, Wang and IBM in the area of software applications training for executives. Yvonne provides transformational coaching via video calls using Skype and also offers with regular email support. Her availability is very flexible to meet a client's needs. On a personal level, Yvonne has three sons and travels frequently to Montreal to enjoy their company and her new role as a grandmother. She enjoys continuous learning, making a difference in people’s lives, and discovering new cultures as she travels.
