All of Gev's classes are amazing! He is such a wonderful person and has a beautiful soul. He is so motivating and helps push you to the next level. I love his bootcamp classes. He has you do such a variety of exercises. His classes always have a great energy & are never the same. He also takes the time to talk with you if you have any questions on fitness or obtaining a certain yoga pose. You won't regret taking a class with Gev!!
I've worked with Dylan on my range of motion both in group and individual settings. He listens carefully to my goals and always has suggestions for how to increase my flexibility and work out the kinks in my body from hours sitting behind a desk or a steering wheel. I recommend him for yoga, ROM, stretching, and/or guided meditation without hesitation.

Christal was such a fantastic yoga partner/mentor for me! I am more a weightlifter and action sports enthusiast so I never saw myself as a yogi, but Christal instructed me through an amazing experience of acroyoga that I found to be extremely engaging and fun; something I never thought I would say about yoga. Through the duration of our session I feel like I learned and gained so much!
Nav's gentle yoga class was a perfect fit for me when I was rehabbing from knee surgery. I still love to take her class when I can even though I am able to do more difficult classes now. She has just the right touch of gentle, yet encouraging to push harder when you can.

I have been to a number of her classes. I was new to yoga and was initially nervous about fitting into a class with seasoned yoga people. Ashleigh was and is very helpful, and accommodates me for different poses in suggesting alternative poses and providing me with pillows for propping if she sees a need or struggle. Her classes are so relaxing and she also has a soothing soft voice. I felt more limber after only attending one class and thus was motivated to continue and go back for more. Also, if you attend a class where she massages you at the end during your last pose with a neck/ shoulder oil massage, it is out of this world. Highly recommend.
The best yoga class I have ever attended. Erin brings a positive spirit to yoga that helps my mind and body relax. She guides me through poses that are tailored specifically for my body, but she does it in a manner that encourages and makes me want to challenge myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially for those who have felt intimidated by Yoga. She makes me excited for the next lesson, its becoming my new addiction.
