FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the kitchen since I can remember. So as a young adult I turned my passion into a career and studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and from there started my journey as a Chef and have loved what i do since. Not too many can walk into work and love what they do the way a Chef can. The kitchen allows you to bring a piece of home to work with you each day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I like to provide a variety of services. I can create menus for your personal needs, i offer grocery shopping and delivery for those unable to get to the store. But above all I am a personal chef for you whether for a small party, everyday meals, corporate lunches, birthdays, romantic dinners, you name it. I have also been asked to prepare sushi at homes, and provide cooking classes as well. I like to feel that if you need help in the kitchen you can count on me to get you to your goals
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That when choosing a Chef you need to be sure your chef is certified or atleast experienced in properly handling food. Also when tasting your chefs meals, you should feel like as you eat your are getting to know the chefs personality and creativity through there food. Thats what seperate Chefs and Cooks the ability to execute dishes with your own touch and not just settling for ordinary.
