Introduction: Absolutely every dish we craft is handmade with locally grown produce and meats when possible. Using high quality ingredients married with the unique flavour imparted by our hardwood burning oven cumulates in a truly unique and wonderful tasting experience. My father and I love to cook food for people. Praise and enjoyment from our customers drives our style more than anything. We get to be an integral part of the event and make lots of friends along the way.

This is some of the best pizza in town! Homemade crust, great sauce, and fresh ingredients. On top of that all fired in a wood oven to give it that extra flavor and crispiness. You can tell that these guys love what they do! I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Zeb and Fire on the Mountain are awesome. Zeb and his team are always on time with their set up always professional and inviting. The pizza is to die for just no other way to explain it. The sauce is outstanding with just the right amount of seasonings. The crust is perfect and always cooked to perfection, the toppings are delish, always organic and fresh. "Fire on the Mountain"`is always the biggest hit at the Downtown Reno Farmers' Market at the Sands.

This woodfired oven is a fantastic addition to the food truck scene, but Fire on the Mountain is so much more! Zeb is a master of the grill as well... seasoning is always spot on, bringing out the best in any cut of meat, and his dad tempts with culinary delights ranging from a fresh, gorgeous tuna tartare to nostalgic classics like rumaki. These guys are super easy to work with and can execute anything you can imagine!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father and I have dreamed of having our own catering service for quite a long time. We are quite pleased to be able to share our craft with the public.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to look for a provider that listens to what it is you are trying to accomplish. A caterer should not drive your planning to benefit his/her own needs, your needs should be what drives the caterer's planning. Shop around and find a connection with your caterer. Often times quite a bit is ridding on the caterer who fits your style and vision, make sure it is the right one!
