Introduction: Today, there are more personal trainers out there than you can "shake a stick at," but unfortunately a vast majority of them are still training according to "old school" methods. My method is based on the most current science and custom designed to the client's individual needs, whether it be general health and fitness, or a specific sport. There are a lot of exercises being taught that do more harm than good, or do NO GOOD at all; this is especially true when training for specific sports. Training with Strength N Speed Fitness is not stereo-typical, it's cutting edge! Probably the most rewarding aspect of my job, as a personal trainer, is seeing the excitement on a client's face when they begin to see and feel the change that their hard work has produced.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Dan has done such a good job training me and continues to impress me everytime. He gave me a personalized laminated workout and nutrition book. I have worked with a number of trainers and that was a first! I learn so much about nutrition, muscle growth and losing weight from Dan. It definitely pays off to have a trainer that does non-stop research, learns the science behind things, has accredited sources from all this information. There is so much bad information out there on the internet you need a trainer that digs deep to find the real info! You need this guy, he is awesome! I will continue to work with Dan even when I reach my goals, and tell everyone I know. Change your life with Dan!!!

Fitness is an essential component to not only a healthy lifestyle, but also your golf game. Ever since I started working with Trainer Dan I noticed better results in both of these categories. My strength, endurance, and flexibility have all increased since I began this journey. Dan uses a wide variety of exercises including strength training and high intensity cardio that always keeps my body guessing. Through working hard and staying committed to our training plan, I definitely feel much more confident, focused, and capable on the golf course. Dan is a motivated, positive, and friendly guy all around. He pushes me to expand my capabilities and concentrate on continuous improvement. A person of any fitness level will definitely have a fun and beneficial training experience with Strength N Speed Fitness.

Dan's training in the gym has been one of the newest and greatest aspects of my life this year. I started to work out with Dan in November of last year and have seen major improvements. Before Dan I never really did anything to better myself physically and was eating horrible foods. He has helped me realize that putting in time in the gym can not only make my physical characteristics stronger but also my mental characteristics stronger as well. Whenever I'm struggling in golf or in school I always think of how hard it can get when I'm working out. At times I want to quit and give up but what keeps pushing me forward is the indescribable feeling of success when you accomplish a goal you never thought you could have reached. Without Dan's help I would have never been able to do the things that I have in the gym or out on the golf course. I'm excited with the progress I have made and anxious to see what other feats I am capable of overcoming. It's been the best investment of my time and hard work that I have ever made for myself.

Dan is such an amazing trainer, not only is he knowledgeable about the body and health, he is not the type of trainer with a clip board just counting what you are doing. He ensures you are doing the exercises properly so you are getting the most out of every workout. His meal plans and training techiniques are designed to fit your needs and that is something that I think it critical in being successful. He is passionate about what he does and it shows with every interaction I had with him.

Phenomenal experience! When I first met with Dan I was overweight miserable had no self esteem. Dan helped me get my life back, he went the extra mile and put together a nutrition plan for me. He always made sure the workouts are something that challenged me but made sure I was able to do them, and it wasn't the same workouts over and over he always made sure he changed things up!
