Always check out the service providers showreel or recent work to gauge the level of skill and quality you can expect in their work. If you don't like what you see then move on as there are plenty of video production service providers out there. Many claim to use the latest equipment which is great, but they must have the skills to match - A great photographer can take a great picture on any camera you give them, but a poor photographer could have the latest, greatest camera in the world but not have the ability to use it. There are many of these people out there, so always check their work before you hire them!
