- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I will try to give you the very best price I can because I want you to call me again. I may need to charge you for materials and for my time picking them up. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase your materials yourself. No matter what the case, I will not surprise you with unexpected charges at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of this job is listening to the customer and being sure of what they need. That is something I try to keep in mind when meeting a new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience working on residential construction. I have worked with many master craftsmen over the years and I have learned a great deal from them.
