- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly learning. I'm a member of NACHI which is a world wide Home Inspector association. They provide allot of quality training. I attend inspection conferences. I have far more then the required continuing education. I also gain information from other associations and manufactures that are related to things seen in home inspections.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a Broker use me to inspect their mothers house and a agent use me to inspect their own purchase. It's good to know that these real estate professionals are willing to use me personally when they can use anyone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While experience is important, I think twhen people are passionate about what they do is just as important. Ask some questions and see if your inspector loves what they do. Also ask about continuing education and if they are a member of a home inspector association.
