Introduction: I help people build self-awareness rather than just throwing material at them during a workshop. My self-awareness building workshops focus more on people thinking on a deeper level than many other services. A lot of the team building and effective communication training available teaches valuable skills. I encourage people to dig deep and take a look at their own behaviors. I help people understand how their own thoughts and behaviors affect them and others. My workshops go beyond information to inspiration. I help people become motivated from within to make changes to be more effective. It's not an easy process but it's one that encourages people to let go of negative behaviors and become stronger, more balanced and happier individuals. I get to do what I love every day. I wake up and help people let go of the junk that makes them miserable and get to know themselves on a deeper level. I help people stop doing things that make their own lives difficult or affect their employees negatively in the workplace. I love the process of helping individuals realize that they don't have to hang on to the way they've always done things and offer approaches that simply work better. It's a great feeling to see people breathe for the first time and realize that they don't have to do the same old stuff. Suddenly, their world opens up and they start moving down the path to being self-aware inspirational leaders and creating encouraging, supportive workplaces that value employees.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I work primarily with enlightened individuals, leaders or organizations who "get it" about building a foundation of positive behaviors, kindness and trust in the workplace through building self-awareness. I enjoy working with proactive people who aren't afraid of change and who are willing to take a close look at how their thoughts and behaviors influence themselves, their employees and their workplaces. I work on a deeper level where my training participants have to think carefully about how they behave and how they can make improvements to create happier workplaces.
