I called about 10 companies with Home Advisor only received 1 call back. Then went onto the Thumbtack site and Superior Drain Service and Home Repair called, texted, sent out a tech and repaired in the same day! I call that excellent service.

I sent a message around 10am Friday asking about putting in a water line for a fridge, 10 min later I was on the phone with Jan, scheduling someone to come out by 1pm that day! They did an awesome job, stopped at Home Depot on the way and we’re done in less than an hour. Because they had extra time I had them look at a leaky garbage disposal. They ran to Home Depot got a new one and it was replaced in an hour as well! Overall great service and will be reaching out again if I have any plumbing issues!

I had been searching for painters and they were very responsive to my request for a quote. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment and provided a quote within minutes. Mike and Matt provided very thorough explanation of the scope of the project. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the project but will keep them in mind in the future.
