I had the opportunity to join lmorning beach asana class on my last day of vacation. Loved it the weather, the scenery, the class! Great instruction by Shawna!Aug 3, 2018Review from Facebook
I love Jenay's high touch approach to yoga. It's a super inclusive experience where the needs of each participant are considered and she provides ACTUAL pose adjustments. This is very helpful for those (like me) who don't necessarily go to their max by choice. I can't wait to collaborate with Lake Tahoe Yoga on a few projects!Mar 2, 2018Review from Facebook
I love how I feel when I arrive at Lake Tahoe Yoga! Just knowing that after my practice I will feel even better both inside and out. I have taken a lot of different yoga classes and not one compares to a class with Jenay. Thanks Jenay being truly the best yoga instructor I have taken a class from.Sep 26, 2017Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Private session pricing is based upon the size of the group and location. It is important that you contact me in order to receive a quote. Corporate pricing varies based upon location, duration and group size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to know what the reason is for your interest and speak with clients regarding their specific wants and needs. We will chat and practice together to get to know each other during the first session. I will assign a little homework and we will check-in during our next session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a member of the Yoga Alliance, I attend online workshops and conferences. I also take classes every time I travel. In addition, I am constantly brushing up on anatomy and physiology as well as yoga therapy techniques and counseling approaches. I also have a master's degree in Counseling and a bachelor's in Psychology. I have been working with children and families since 2000 and have specific experience with children diagnosed with special needs including spectrum disorders. I am also comfortable working with adults who are recovering from TBI and mental health issues.
