After researching several companies, Tom was one out of three professionals that we received a design and quote from. Because of his past experience, we chose him, also, because of his professionalism but primarily because he seemed to be quite the specialist where other quotes in which we got, certainly did installations but we did not feel they got qualified training. By further investigation we found that Tom actually had proper certification and the previous jobs in which he did, we were very pleased with the referrals in which he received. Tom is very conscientious about his work, was on time, he was a great guy, he stuck to the execution of the project, he was within budget, we extended the project and added on which never caused any confusion or disrupted the timeline. We never thought he would go through such a meticulous detail. I would highly recommend Tom on any job because not only did he create an extraordinary wonderful waterfall pond and stone patio but the landscaping and the lighting in which we added on we were delighted with and we ended up with our own paradise and we are indeed very grateful. We made a very wise choice with Acorn Ponds.

We were contemplating removing our entire pond from our backyard due to the amount of work that needed to be done. After talking to Tom, he walked us through all the changes he would make, and was extremely thorough with explaining his plans. The work was done so timely and efficiently, and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done, including new LED lighting! Our pond not only works, but it looks more beautiful than the day it was put in, and our fish are enjoying it just as much as we are! His work truly gave our backyard new life and we're so excited to share it with friends and family this summer.I would highly recommend Tom at Acorn ponds and Waterfalls!

We called Acorn because our pond that was constructed by a different company had turned out to be a disaster for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately for us, the pond had to be totally reconstructed. Thank God we discovered Acorn Ponds & Waterfalls! From the first day we called and talked with Tom, his company has been very professional, showed up on time and their workmanship is second to none. Tom is very passionate about his work and has shared his ideas on how to keep our pond looking good. The newly renovated pond is so much easier to maintain. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever! Tom, thank you for everything you've done for us. I am so grateful!

Acorn Ponds replaced my old "do it yourself" pond with a true work of art. The new pond was hand dug with shelves, contours, a waterfall and inventive touches of color. He and his crew were respectful of me and my property, and his work has added a whole new dimension to life's enjoyment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Step One: Send us your contact info and pond or water feature details. 2. Step Two: Upload some photos of the areas needing work. 3. An honest detailed phone conversation about your project. Before we ask you to interrupt your busy life for a face-to-face appointment, we start the process with a 10-15min call to determine your needs. By the end of this call you’ll have an idea what your project will cost and whether Acorn Ponds & Waterfalls is the right pond contractor for you. No pressure, no games, just straightforward talk to see if we’re a good fit. 4. Step Four: Schedule a face to face meeting with Tom. Once you’ve determined that Acorn Ponds & Waterfalls is the right contractor for you, we can schedule an on-site consultation. During this meeting we will review your needs, provide a proposal and get your project scheduled. It’s as simple as that!
