Kurt was my personal trainer in NYC from 2009-2013. The experience of working out with him was exceptional. He is patient, personable, flexible, very motivating, extremely well trained, and skilled. I highly recommend Kurt. The sessions were always fun, due to Kurt's great sense of humor, and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

I've worked with Kurt twice weekly for two years. He has a profound knowledge of anatomy and is keenly interested in providing training that develops all muscle groups, not just for strength but also for balance. His stretching routines have markedly increased my flexibility as well. I give him nothing but praise!

Kurt is a fantastic instructor. I feel like he draws from all aspects of his diverse fitness background and expertise to really construct the best workout for me, that day. I have worked with him for almost four years now, and I really do have to thank him for a marked improvement in my overall strength and lack of injury! Aside from all that, I really do have a great time in my workouts - we're laughing the whole way through.

I have had several workouts with Kurt. It consisted of a total body workout including core, strength, cardio, and balance. It lasted about an hour. What I liked about it was that he varied the exercises but the focus was the same so you work the entire body but because it was different every time it didn't get boring.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have such an extensive background in fitness, sports, dance, injury prevention and rehabilitation that I can always bring something new, exciting and different to the table. I also have the training and knowledge to work with most anyone and develop a program tailor-made for that individual based on their needs and goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to your trainer and ask what he/she can provide for you. Ask questions such as "Why are we doing this exercise? What can it do for me?" Make sure you have goals even if it's just to "Feel Better" which will allow the trainer to tailor make a program for you. Always ask questions and make sure your trainer is attentive to your needs and goals.
