Introduction: I am a Personal Trainer, teach multiple group fitness classes at a studio here in Albany, and am also an on-line health and fitness coach. I have had injuries in the past so my goal is to teach proper form and technique to avoid injury. I also teach modified versions of every class so anyone and every one can participate!! My online services include meal plans and help with meal prep along with consistent motivation and encouragement. I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. I absolutely LOVE teaching group fitness classes. Adding my Personal Training Certification, I am able to stay informed and up to date on current practices.

Beth is a great trainer! She comes up with challenging workouts, is very supportive and encouraging. She’s also very friendly, easy to talk to and responsive. In the few sessions we’ve had, I can already feel a difference. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have been working with Beth on my health and fitness for 5 years. She has made such a difference in my life. She is very personable, very knowledgeable, makes you work hard, but also you have a lot of fun. She has a passion for fitness and a passion to make you the best version of yourself. Beth is knowledgable, helpful and encouraging. I’ve been attending her classes for 2 years. Beth shows modifications for every move. Beth motivates me to push myself. She cares about all her clients and wants to see everyone achieve their goals. Beth makes working out fun!

I have been working with Beth since July of 2019 and I couldn't be happier with my results. I started out with a few one on one sessions until I was comfortable enough to join her group classes in the studio. Beth is so encouraging and keeps me motivated enough to not want to give up. She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows. Knowing I have her by my side every step of the way makes it that much easier to put in the work.


  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Personal Training Sessions are $45 for 45 minutes or 5 sessions for $200. Buddy Sessions are available for $25 each person - up to 4 people. My group fitness classes are $10 a class. Online prices vary - contact me personally for details

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If you are a new Personal Training client we will meet and talk about your goals and figure out what is going to work best for you and set up a schedule.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM. I am an instructor for Turbo Kick Live, P90X Live, Insanity Live and Core de Force Live.
