- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take continuing education credits through all my certifications so that I may work at different gyms throughout the area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been fitness-oriented. I've been an amateur bodybuilder since high school, and have participated in many sports at varying levels. I still am dedicated to keeping my body as efficient as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight-training. Muscular hypertrophy, (bulking) Toning, Fat-loss, Nutritional Guidelines, 1-on-1 Personal Training. Bootcamp-style group training. Training for cardiovascular conditioning, (5k, 10k) Post-Injury training, Pre-Event training.
