- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to sit down with the customer and review the project they are looking to complete. This allows us to properly design a system that works for them. This doesn't mean the project will cost more money it just makes sure we provide the best for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AS Construction Technology. BS Computer Science. Factory schools with various manufactures in fire & burglar alarms. Over 30 years experience in constitution and technology. Hold NYS Alarm license. Required to have a NYS background check on all employees.
