Adam is very knowledgeable with regard to both nutrition and fitness. His background in physical therapy was so helpful when it came to working around my knee injury. We have been working out with the Team at Hardcore Fitness for the past 6 months and we couldn't be Happier, collectively my husband and I have lost over 35 lbs combined and we have seen drastic changes in our overall toning and muscle gains. We have recently had the chance to work with some of the other trainers in addition to Chris and felt it was important to take the time and give an update on them as well. Recently we have had several sessions with Kody who is knowledgeable in all aspect of training from form, to muscle building and toning, proper nutrition, and working through the plateau effect that so many of us feel as we progress and push to see that next level of results. Kody has been instrumental in pushing us to our full potential while taking into considerations our weaknesses and strengths and using those to further our growth both physically and mentally. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. She spent time in getting to know me and my personal goals and tailors sessions to meet those goals. She is exteremely reliable and always gives 100%. She is always willing to answer questions or assist me with health/fitness related concerns. She is vigilant in preventing injury and promoting safe and effective use of fitness equipment and body mechanics. She is always engaged and enthusiastic about training her clients. She loves her job and it shows! She made me love exercise which I truly never thought was possible for me.

Tammy Rose is a great trainer. She is knowledgeable about fitness and gives you a great workout, depending on what you want to accomplish. She is always extremely pleasant and upbeat and really cares about giving you a good experience. I would highly recommend her as a trainer.

I was a participant in a BootCamp that was run by Erin Marr. It was held in an outdoor setting. I found it to be tough but doable. The routines were varied and options were presented to adjust to your individual fitness level. Erin injects humor into her workouts and that makes it enjoyable. However, I still hate Burpees (lol)
Devin helped me with developing my fitness/nutrition goals! Once we set this goal...we met on a regular basis with excellent workouts and nutrition ideas. Ive been having jojo as my trainer for a year now and hes done nothing but help motivate me even on days I just wanted to give up. He made me feel comfortable and not anxious when we first met and after, he gave great pointers and has helped me get even farther past my fitness goal.

Chris has been working with my husband for over a year and I don't know what I would do without him. He comes to our home three days a week and spends an hours training my husband and getting him to move and stretch and even dance!!! He is professional yet he makes it fun! Before Chris started, he required a release from the doctor and I was impressed that he took the time to get to know my husband's history before he started to build a training program for him. We have had other trainers before Chris and he is the best.
