Ki-hara Resistance Stretching is the cutting edge muscle rebalancing technique that will progress your results faster than anything out there. Once muscle are rebalanced they become more toned and responsive to the training that you are giving them. This is what helped Dara Torres to win the Olympic Gold Medal in swimming at the age of 40.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my own personanl weight loss of 62 lbs, I began helping others to do the same. I quickly learned that many people had physical limitations based on their daily activities and consequences of living an unhealthy lifestyle. If they physically couldn't exercise, then how else could I help them? I learned how to make that happen and over the next 10 years I found some of the best techniques available to us today.
