I was very pleased overall with the value Greg offered. Out of the bids submitted for putting a new exterior door in our garage his was not only the lowest, but he was also the only contractor to even suggest putting in an exterior light at the same time, it was an option we didn't think was in our budget, but he added it on for very little extra and it has been great having the light out there for the dogs at night. He was very quick to come out and complete the work, and even though it took longer than he had anticipated in his bid he didn't try to charge us extra. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few details (like a lack of flashing for an exterior door) that I felt were lacking...however I feel confident that if we had specified that in the job description he would have done it, so that is on us too. At the end of the day we needed someone honest and reliable who could do this job on a very tight budget for us, so Greg was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr.Cabral installed a Kraus Faucet within a 10 inch deep sink within our kitchen. He had to cut pipes and adjust the water lines under the sink. It was a complex job that took 4 total hours. Mr.Cabral invoiced for the true cost of work and parts,not by the hour.This is the only professional l will call for work in my home. I strongly recommend you do the same!
