I moved into a new apartment in Flushing to save some $ on rent but screwed myself when I realized the place had bed bugs and it didn't come from me or my roommate, we moved our stuff from BK and we didn't have bugs in our old place. We called Astoria Bed Bugs and they came to our neighborhood and got rid of the bugs!They were gone in about a week and although it was a stressful week because we didn't do anything to bring the bugs in, we are FINALLY rid of them and are back to enjoying the cheap food and neighborhood we live in instead of shelling out dough for the exterminator service.

My apartment is in the basement and is probably illegal - not the point. We had an ant infestation this summer when it was disgustingly hot and we had to figure out where the ants were coming from, block their entrance, and then get rid of the ants that were already in there. Astoria Bed Bugs was a great company to deal with, they were easy to get in touch with and the ants were gone in just a few days. They responded to our emails and phone calls immediately and worked around our work schedules. I give them two thumbs up.

I moved here from LA and had to deal with waterbugs in my apartment which never happened in California, which is weird, you'd think it would be the other way around. Anyway these guys were very professional, they explained what they had to do & then did it, unlike other exterminators I've used that just started spraying crap everywhere and you're like "wait, wait! what's going on?" so all I have to say is that these guys are wonderful. Don't be put off by "bed bugs" in the title, they basically deal with any types of bugs/critters that you're lucky enough to have in your apartment.

We called Astoria Bed Bugs at 7:30 am this morning and was able to get someone out to our house the same day. I was assuming that they would just do an initial inspection, but they came ready to spray our home for bed bugs. The tech was extremely professional, courteous and informative. He was thorough in explaining their treatment approach and gave me a lot of information about how to deal with the various critters and pests that live in our neighborhood (Astoria) and worked around my schedule, not his. I definitely will wait to see if the bugs are gone, it does take a couple of days, but so far, they have been great.

I have lived in NYC for ten years now and never had a problem with rodents until I moved into my new apartment Sept. 1st. The damn cockroaches kept coming in my bathroom, my kitchen, and even my bedroom. I pride myself on being clean and neat so I had no idea what the problem was but figured it was probably the building. My wife called Astoria Bed Bugs and we had such a great experience with them! They came out right away, sprayed, and confirmed it was them, not us (the opposite of "its not you, its me" speech). The cockroaches are gone and we are very happy w/ Astoria Bed Bugs.
