I had a very good experience with Yioula and her team at homebyME. I did not know what to expect, since they are a new company and I hired them simply based on the few reviews that were available on Thumbtack. But I was very satisfied with their work. They renovated my one-bedroom apartment in Queens, NY, and it was a very collaborative process. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but using their experience and expertise, they made creative suggestions to help guide the design process and my decision-making. They also worked with me to stay within a budget that I was comfortable with. Each room in my apartment had a different scope of work – from the gut renovation of the bathroom to just refinishing the floors and painting the walls in the bedroom. They also changed the layout of my kitchen, added crown and base molding in my living room, and installed a very cool LED light feature in the crown molding. Yioula gave her advice whenever I requested it, but she never imposed it on me. Since I was unable to be there every day, she also kept me informed regularly and sent me photo updates. Some of my requests were outside the scope of work in the initial contract. Some of the smaller requests, she did without charging me extra. But, I did end up paying a few thousand dollars more than the contracted price because some of the requests were significant, and she had to bring the electrician or plumber back. It didn’t sound like they had an electrician and plumber on staff, but rather they contract with independent persons, and that added some major costs. Overall, I would happily recommend homebyME. I had a very positive experience with them, and will certainly ask them to return when I need additional work done around my apartment. In the meantime, I look forward to living in this newly renovated home.

Very professional company. I was so impressed both from the quality of the service and the small amount of time that they needed. A great value that also made me trust them more was that the respond to all my questions and concerns at anytime, and also checking up with me for any remodeling needed. I would definitely suggest this company to everyone that wants quality, professionalism and on-time delivery of the project.

Working with this team is what I needed for remodeling my kitchen! They are the most professional it gets, happy to cooperate and give you the best experience ever. I was offered variwty of solutions on paper and they helped me figyre out the most usefull for me with the best value for money and on time agreed! I will definatelly work with them again bith for my home, and my business place. I strongly recomend them!

homebyME recently upgraded my kitchen and half bath. The removed everything to the studs and installed new plumbing, electric, walls, entryways and fixtures, they also painted and installed new floor tile. From the first visit through the end they were very professional, always on time, available whenever I had a question (and I had a lot) and very clean. My project was completed on time and on budget even after I made a design change during the construction. I would highly recomend them for your next home project. Paul
