Introduction: I have experience teaching students. Also, I tend to use real world examples when explaining concepts so that students can relate it to their own experiences. I like seeing people overcome their fears and worries, and finally come to that *aha* moment. Very little is more satisfying than helping someone truly, finally, understand a concept that has been out of their reach before.

Abderrahim entusiastically and effectively tutored my 15 years old daughter in math. He is a very patient person and demonstrated a strong knowledge and teaching background. He always made sure she fully understood the concepts even if took him 10 different ways to explain it ! My daughter's math score has increased drastically and she is now a confident A+ student. I highly recommend Abderrahim. He is reliable, responsible and very professional.

Yes. I read up on current curricula, test preparation technique, and general buzz. I am also always on the lookout for interesting and relevant articles and literature that help me better understand and serve my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been helping fellow students with math since I was a teenager. I've always really enjoyed working with people, and, over time, have invested more and more time into tutoring.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the student really gets along and feels comfortable with the tutor. Most students do poorly in school because they have a bad teacher, or one that they just don't mesh with. Hiring a private tutor gives you the opportunity to find someone that works well with you or your child.
