- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider my pricing reasonable For what I bring to the table. Generally my pricing is fixed however if someone wishes to pre-pay for numerous training sessions I am willing to work something out. There is an added fee for long commutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is one of me getting to know my client as well as my clients physical condition. That entails prior injuries range of motion current strength and balances and many other aspects of his or her physical condition. Once these have been assessed then I can speak with my client about their personal goals, what they can expect, How long it will take as well as how we will achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as certified correct of exercise specialist. Together with that I have followed seminars in Pilates yoga and I have around 20 years of martial arts experience to assist in self-defense training.
