Introduction: I believe I am unique in that I underbook separate jobs to leave plenty of time for unforseen circumstances and to honor my satisfaction guarantee; I will not leave a job until every question is answered and a comprehensive tutorial has been performed and then duplicated by the client to ensure a working understanding of their TV, home theater or other equipment. Seeing the look of satisfaction on my client's face when their TV is hung like a picture on their wall (with no visible wires) makes the work I perform integrated with their happiness. And that's a sweet feeling.

I contacted Todd when I did not want my TV wires exposed beneath my TV. At the time I was unsure if a fix was even available. Todd informed me that there is a solution and that he was capable of completing this for me. Todd was at my house the next day installing an outlet behind my TV. I didn't know what this would entail, but Todd knew. This required going into my attic, drilling a hole in my attic, and fishing a wire (maybe wires -- still don't completely know) down through my bedroom ceiling, as well as going into my basement and fishing the cable wire up through my bedroom floor. Todd had to go into my yucky attic and my dirt covered basement in order to do these things, but he did not budge. I did not have a TV mount at the time and Todd even went to the store to purchase one for me! He completed the job in a timely manner and with a smile on his face. He cleaned up the entire workspace (and even a little extra). I still am thoroughly impressed with this job. This was several years ago, and although I have moved out of the house where this was completed, my family still lives there and my outlet and TV wires still reside hidden neatly behind my TV. I have moved out of state and have not had my TV's professionally mounted on my walls yet -- but when I do, I really hope they do as good of a job that Todd has done. I could not recommend a better "Home Theater Guy." If you are questioning it, question no more; TODD is THE BEST HOME THEATER GUY around! Thanks again, Todd!
