What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The design process is simple its take about an hour to design a page (8.5 in. x 11 in.) so for every page multiple that by my hourly rate. That is a great estimate for pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always done graphic design even before I new the name of it. Just last week my sister pulled out a scrapbook from 8th grade, inside was my first cover design. That was just the beginning.
What types of customers have you worked with?
For printing, brochures and catalogs seem to be people's favorite. I love the challenge of a multi-page spread.
