What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not really have a set pricing system. Since each project is different with different requirements we find it is better to try and get all the information we can to really understand the scope of the project and better estimate our time and costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to meet and discuss the project at length to try and get an idea of all the requirements. Then we will submit a proposal for the project that gives a breakdown of how of the project will in terms of development and also estimated timeline as well as costs involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of digital media experience working in different types of industries from contract manufacturing to entertainment to pharmaceutical advertising. I have a art degree from the University of California as well as a IT degree from Hudson Valley community college.
