Such an incredible facial was given to me by this amazing aesthetician. She was super knowledgeable and very gentle everything was so clean and she was very easy to talk to and gave me Beauty tips for when I wake up and go to bed. Seeing her again soon!

My diamond tip microdermabrasion session with Ashley was great! She is professional, educated, and had a great technique. This was my first experience receiving a micro treatment and I was blown away over the positive impact it had on my face. I highly recommend ashley! She was consistent with proper sanitation and disinfection. I loved how important proper infection control meant to her. She sanitized her hands so many times and kept on her gloves at all times. If you want to feel comfortable and receive a relaxing nice facial, I recommend ashley. At the end of my session with her, I immediately decided to schedule a classic facial for next month. My face needed her touch for sure! My forehead is so much smoother now.

I would recommend Ashstetics to all my family and friends! I contacted her literally less than 48 hours before my son's wedding and she got back to me right away! I actually had another artist scheduled but I would have to travel to her but that would've made me late for the wedding. Ashley saved me, I only know how to put on mascara lol! She came to my home and was early. She made me feel so comfortable with the whole process! She was professional, personable and very friendly! Thank you so much! My makeup was done by 11 am, the ceremony was at 6 pm. My makeup lasted all day and let me tell you it was a 98-degree day with the humidity at nearly 100%. Thank you so much for making me beautiful on my son's special day!!

We had booked Ashley 3 weeks out to come to our AirBnB one day and provide facial services to around 10 women for a bachelorette. She was easy to communicate with prior to the appointment, as she followed up with me asking different questions about what to bring/where to meet, etc.
I woke early on the morning of to greet her/check-in with her and saw that she had texted and cancelled the entire appointment at 4am for personal reasons. Later when I inquired, she told me her ride had cancelled and she didn’t want to pay for an Uber. This was extremely disappointing, as we had been looking forward to the facials for weeks and it would’ve made for a very special/relaxing memory for my bachelorette weekend. It was the worst news to wake up to, even more so because I had spent $75 checking and dragging around an extra large luggage to bring the robes and facial steamer she requested that I bring along after hers broke the week before. Unfortunately after cancelling, Ashley became very short and made no effort to arrive after we asked about Uber. We would’ve been willing to pick her up, even. Would not recommend without signing a contract or something that binds her to showing up :(

Hi Anna, again I am extremely sorry for this outcome. I was not expecting this to be the case. I refunded you your $120 deposit via Venmo as soon as I became aware of my ride problem which was 4 in the morning as you also mentioned. I invested money into a spa bed, over 20 towels, and a luggage carrier to attend your party ( that was over $300 out of my pocket ). Your party was over 60 miles away therefore I expressed that I would not be able to afford an Uber or Lyft ride that would have cost me over $100 more nor would I have requested for more money from you considering my travel fee is only $20 for my clients and do not like asking for more money to travel to clients. I am extremely sorry again. There is not enough words to express that I wish my ride situation could have worked out. I have reliable transportation but at that moment my vehicle was not safe to drive out to that location due to mechanical reasons. I only hope you still had an amazing party.
