Empire did an amazing job retouching my living room and fixing a big clog in the basement as well as other electric work around the house.
Eric was very clear about pricing and where the money was going.

Didn't finish the job. Im still not clear what happened after looking at the messages I sent that clearly outlined scope. It was very close to complete but he kept asking for more money for items that we agreed on would be included (for example the shelves and closet). At the onset we had discussed paint as well but he said that wasn't in the price and wanted 2k more so we said forget the paint. Then the same story started with the closet...then the shelves....then the trimming of doors since theyd no longer close due to the elevated flooring..
The price was reasonable and the job was relatively small so I hired Eric. The guys came out pretty consistently to do the work. I really still don't quite understand where all the miscommunications came from on such a simple project.
I had initially planned to throw in extra just because but the constant asking for more for items that were originally discussed just didnt go well...
He left the job midway then also had the audacity to post pictures of my home on Instagram.

Vijay Sandhir, you are leaving false reviews to taint one’s image because you a frustrated that you now need to search for your third or fourth contractor to complete your basement.
You exploited my workers and were sneaking in additional work that was not on the contract after we had discussed numbers prior. When I was off site you would tell my crew “Eric knows already” and try to save a buck where you could since no one else could work with you.
Fortunately for you it doesn’t allow me to post photo comments/response of the contract and previous conversations we had.
