- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, client's will typically hire me for a 1 - 3 session per week frequency and I will provide a discounted package rate for each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a discovery meeting so I can collect all aspects of a client's health history & specific schedule preferences. Following that, I guide clients through an initial customized session, which may include stretching, fitness training, and optional nutrition coaching that will best suit their individual needs. After we learn more about each other, I like to develop a success plan that best matches the client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience as a fitness professional and health coach spanning luxury health clubs and healthcare facilities. My certifications are with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialization in Corrective Exercise and have several years of practical experience in the field. I love to help athletes improve their performance, but spend most of my time helping non-athletes improve their health & fitness.
