Michael arrived 15 minutes before the stated appointment time and completed the repair in a very timely manner. He assessed the situation with my appliance in no time at all. He was polite, possessed vast knowledge of repair and maintenance, and didn't overcharge. What more could you ask for? I have given his business card to all my friends and family.
