Amazing is what comes to mind. He truly came to rescue us in a time of need and he did not nickel and dime us. We had our basement flooded after our water heater burst and he was honest with what our damage was and we didn’t feel take advantage of. Our new flooring is even better than our old and I couldn’t be happier
