Rooter man was very professional. There work was outstanding. My dry well backed up, and he was very honest about what needed to be done. John was able to get all of the mud and sand out of the dry well. We had an excellent experience and the price was very reasonable . When he was done he made sure that the dry well was no longer blocked , and he cleaned up when he was finished . Job well done . I contacted different people to come and fix it . Nobody was able to fix it. John was the only one who knew what to do and how to tackle the problem. I would recommend John to anyone. We had a great experience. I would say it was very good, gloves are needed to do the work, it was raining out so of course mud and stuff will track in the house. All you had to say was hey can you put a tarp down? Or can you please be cautious, not to mention standing downstairs with a bucket to catch the water and then vacuumed up all the water in the basement. And best part didn’t charge you for a water jett just charged you for a sewer cleaning. ❤️❤️❤️
