I can do pricing by bulk or by the person. It depends on the type of event you are having and your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to have a formal meeting on the phone or in person and talk about details. I want to make sure it is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained chef. I have been in the food business all my life. I ran the catering side of my father's restaurant in Texas for a number of years. I sold food for US Foodservice in the resort community of Jackson Hole, Wyoming for 4 years. All this experience made me what to start my own business.
