We help Homebuyers find homes and negotiate the best price. We also help home sellers price and market their homes. We work with lenders and attorneys in effort negotiate through the process of real estate transactions by keeping in constant contact with all parties of the transaction to bring it to a successful close in a timely manner. A majority of our business comes form referrals from out past client therefore we try especially hard to provide the best service so we can generate the best chance for referrals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Its not the company that makes the difference, its the agent. Choose the right agent for you. You want an agent that loves what they do and is easy to get ahold of when you need them. What technology do they have? This is important because over 90 percent of home buyer start their search on the internet. Knowing how to reach them is a key factor in if a house will sell or not, its more than just saying what they can do they should be able to prove it too and produce results.
