What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what is needed of me, I also help with destination weddings so it is difficult unless we know the budget. Most of it is listed on my Facebook page KLH WEDDINGS
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take their information down, and I coordinate it based upon what their needs and vision may be, although sometimes it can be difficult to make everything happen to their personal preference, I believe I normally come pretty close.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in humanities, I also have many contacts in the industry.
