Thank you Thumbtack! RP Appliance was great! They responded on thumbtack quickly and called me right away. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. He diagnosed my refrigerator problem, and explained it all to me, quite thoroughly. The service was very reasonably priced, and that was for a same day emergency repair. He was very professional and left the area spotless. I have absolutely found my appliance repair company. I will definitely use RP Appliance again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a referral.

I was afraid I would have to purchase a new refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving but Rodney was able to assess same-day (actually came earlier because I shared that I was having food delivered later in preparation for the holiday) and he came back to repair in a few hours after locating the part needed to repair. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any appliance repairs.

The repair man came as promised and on time. He diagnosed the problem and informed me as to what the cost would be to repair it. I advised him to fix it, and he did. MORE THEN SATISFIED!!!!!

The BEST Appliance Repairman ever!!!!
I have a 6 yr old Bosch Dishwasher. It stopped working and the code E15 came up on the dishwasher. Rodney diagnosed it and fixed it. He is super honest! He charged me a very fair amount for coming to my house for 45min of work. Hire him for your appliance repairs!!! 10/10 Star rating*****
