Introduction: At Continental Fusion I use the finest herbs and spices that are traditionally used in Caribbean, Asian, American and Spanish Cuisines. The Chef/Owner has an extensive culinary career in the New York City and Long Island areas. He is also a graduate of one of the nation's leading culinary institutions here in the great state of New York. With a Caribbean Jamaican) background, formal culinary training and has worked for some of the finest restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island.
