I hired Rich from Rwaypc to fix two separate issues I've had with my Toshiba laptop and both times I was completely satisfied. Last year he fixed the area where my cord plugs into the computer. It had completely recessed into the machine. He had it fixed in less than 24 hours, called to have work approved first, and the craftsmanship was quality. It's been a year and it's still holding solid and strong. I just hired him again, this time to clean out my fan because my Toshiba was running too hot and making a grinding sound. He went above and beyond and was great at answering all of my questions. Overall, Rich does excellent work, has great hours, fast turnaround and the best prices in the Rochester area. Two thumbs way up!

I was pleased to meet a very professional, knowlegdeable and most friendly individual. From the numerous adds I read, I was most impressed and comfortable with the one I chose. The ad was a GOD send as I was given a short wait for my product, my questions were answered, and the price was agreeable. It is always a plus when someone enjoys what they are doing for a living and to take the initiative to tell you what your product may or may not need, just overall honest advice. If you want your product/s under expertise care, this is who you should call first.
