My fridge was not cold But the fan was running. I spoke to Creg on the phone and he was a professional and made me feel comfortable about what he would do and what his sense of my Fridge's problem was, and what the cost range might be. He was late but when he finally arrived he tested every component and determined the source of the problem to be the main control board which blew out. He gave me some options and suggestions and was open about everything. Professional and friendly, and would be even better if punctual.

My experience was terrible! The mechanic never fixed my problem, raised the price 3 times, and constantly left and promising to return. Unfortunately, he was often a no show. He left multiple wires and connections out and unconnected. Worse money I ever spent. Complete ripoff. Had to hire another mechanic on HomeAdvisor to fix the issues he caused before he could fix mine.
