Mr. Santana is truly a rare find. This was my first time needing pest control services and I was definitely NOT DISAPPOINTED. Exceptional customer service; responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. Works with his customers. He gave us a same day assessment and appointment for immediate follow up. He walks you through the process of his services, how to prep and what you need to do to maintain post his services. He is on time for every appointment and completes the work in a timely and efficient manner (for the working professional).

***Most importantly he and his services are baby/children safe, judgement free and is a local family business (Bronx) but travels to meet your needs***. Definitely will be using him for all future pest control needs.

Mr. Santana contacted me within minutes of submitting my request and he was very friendly and understanding about our situation. He arrived early the day of our appointment and did a phenomenal job of explaining and showing my husband & I what to look for, where to look and the behavior of these pests. He did a thorough job of treating the bedrooms and living room, as well as explaining his follow up treatments. I highly recommend him.

Mr. J's service was impeccable. My family and I were pleasantly pleased and satisfied with his work. We discovered we had a case of bedbugs and Mr. J went above and beyond to show us where they live and where to look, soon enough we became experts at finding bedbugs. He worked meticulously and efficiently doing a thorough inspection in each room. Thanks to his thorough inspection the first time we didn't find anymore bedbugs. He came three weeks later for a follow up and he was once again thorough and professional. Definitely wished that we found him before contacting the big companies with canines, they were expensive and not as thorough as Mr. J. Will definitely recommend him for anyone who needs an exterminator!
