Exceptional customer service; responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. Works with his customers. He gave us a same day assessment and appointment for immediate follow up. He walks you through the process of his services, how to prep and what you need to do to maintain post his services. He is on time for every appointment and completes the work in a timely and efficient manner (for the working professional). ***Most importantly he and his services are baby/children safe, judgement free and is a local family business (Bronx) but travels to meet your needs***. Definitely will be using him for all future pest control needs.

J and Son Exterminator has provided a great service to my Diplomatic Office in Midtown. After they sprayed the office, no roaches and mice are coming. This company fixed the problem ASAP. We NEED EMERGENCY PEST CONTROL SERVICE AND HE CAME HERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. He gave me a lot of solutions to get rid of Mice, Roaches, Ants, and any other bugs in the office. His attention to details has been great help for my office which is about 20,000 Sqf-sized office. Also, his pricing is more affordable than any other Pest Control Service. Others is trying to charge $1,000 or at least over $500 for a bigger office, but he gave me a bill with only small amount, which is affordable for anyone who is looking for a Perfect Pest Control Service. Highly recommend for Business Office in Manhattan. BEST SERVICE EVER.

I used J and Son Exterminating company for the first time and what a great find! Mr. Santana responded within minutes and was available to service my apartment the next day! He called when he was on the way and when he was parking just so I had his ETA correct. Mr. Santana is very knowledgeable about his profession and has some interesting stories to tell! I never thought I could enjoy a visit from an exterminator so much but here we are; Mr. Santana is a true professional, he is fair, thorough and I’d recommend him to anyone needing these services. I would definitely use him again.

We sited a mouse in the apartment for the first time since moving into the apartment. Mr. Santana was able to access the problem immediately. He is kind and very professional. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Hoping we dont see a mouse in the apartment again. But if we do we will certainly be using Mr. Santana's services again!
