There is a great deal of care and attention that Chef Adjepong gives to his customers when he caters to them, pun intended. Every dish is crafted with the customers' in mind, with a keen and strong sense of who is going to be consuming the dish and what their individual palates are. I can personally attest to this fact, having used his services on several occasions. From a private dinner party, to a catered meal for a large staff, Chef Adjepong has exceeded my expectations on many levels, with great customer service as well. If you let him know ahead of time what your allergies and food preferences, he will tend to your needs and there is a guaranteed satisfaction that I can promise, if my personal experience is of any indication.

I hired Eric to prepare a 3 course meal plus passed apps and dessert for an intimate gathering in my home this past weekend. This was my first time hiring a chef for a personal event and it couldn't have gone better. Eric is professional, yet engaging and the food was fresh and delicious. The experience was further enhanced by the personalized service and wine pairing suggestions provided by Janell. Eric brought everything he needed with him and you could eat off the floor by the time he left. Eric and Janell also worked wonders my meager dinnerware and serving utensil options (note to self to fix that for future parties). As a special touch, Eric even whipped up some homemade Brown butter bourbon Ice Cream with chocolate crumble and chocolate foam for our younger guests. I will absolutely hire Eric and again and if you are smart - you will too.

He is amazing at what he does. I attended one of his pitch and plate events and did non regret it. He is an amazing Chef. I cannot wait until the next event he hosts. -E

My experience with Chef Adjepong was phenomenal to say the least. I hired Mr. Adjepong for a dinner party of ten. Upon arrival to the location his professionalism, social skills, and attention to detail was apparent from the very beginning. Not to mention the Food!!! Mr. Adjepong left all of my guests begging for more. I've hired Chefs in the past and none can compare to Mr. Adjepong. He is indeed gifted in his craft! I would recommend Mr. Adjepong to anyone considering hiring a Chef.
