- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that everyone has to work to earn their money. We usually like to find out the most details we can so we can provide with a convenient price. For instance, I have been in situation where the job was easier than expected and customer paid less than the quote given previous.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate talking to your customer on the phone or face to face and listening to their concerns. We always want to meet our customer requirements. If they have a deadline and bring them the best of our team so they feel part of this tech family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology it is like a medical field. We always have to keep up with new technology. We are always looking for better ways to improve our services and getting trained is one of the best ways to keep up.
