- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Packages are available and developed according to clients needs. Base pricing is as follows: 1 session 30min per week $50 1 session 45min per week $65 1 session 55min per week $75 The length of sessions, number of sessions per week, length of the package and additional resources needed will determine the total discounted price of the package. Discounts start at 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we get in contact and schedule a complimentary face to face or phone consultation. Before we begin a program, we discuss the clients specific goals, needs, schedule, conditions and limitations. Based on that we determine the appropriate program that will help them accomplish their goals and learn how to maintain them for continued improvement and success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Currently I hold a number of certifications. I have been Certified as a Personal Trainer since 2007 with degrees from Ashworth University in Personal Training, as well as, Wellness and Lifestyle Education and Improvement. In Yoga, I hold 2 registered 200 hour certifications and countless workshop hours. This along with over 3500 teaching hours, lead me to hae and edicator status as well, Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 YACEP. I am blessed to work in facilities that offer continuing education. I am constantly going on yoga retreats, testing new equipment in the industry and getting certified in equipment I can use my clients.
