Introduction: I am a military veteran so I know the benefits of hard work and reliability. Also as an amateur fighter there are numerous goals needed to perform at the highest level possible such as cardiovascular conditioning, anaerobic endurance (muscle stamina), Power, Speed, Strength. An MMA fighter needs it all. With that said I know what is effective and what is not when it comes any goal my clients are striving to achieve and help them to achieve them by incorporating proven methods I have used for my training. I take a unique approach in which rarely will you feel your workout has become redundant and/or boring by constantly changing the variety of the exercises. Rarely will the same sequence be used numerous sessions in a row. What I love most about the job is watching people feel and perform better whether its an athlete looking to improve performance or a busy professional that knows the value of an exercise program for overall health and fitness. I like the feeling of getting to know people from different walks of life which has led to the meeting of very interesting individuals.

I have been training with Brad for several months and have seen great results. His system is goal oriented and tailored to my schedule, abilities and preferences in training. Workouts have been difficult and fun. I strongly recommend working with Brad.

When I first started getting into fitness and training I had no idea what I was doing I would go to the gym once and a while and hat was it so then one day I asked brad if he could help me put myself in the right direction and so he did and not only did he help me but he taught me new things every time we trained and I started at a weight of 230 pounds and from working out with him he got me down to a solid 190 and because of him I now know what to do every time I train

    I recommend looking for trainers who were or are athletes themselves or have accomplished similar goals as yourself because over time they have developed more knowledge and experience then most of whom got their knowledge from a text book. This is because they too were trained by a professional using techniques proven effective. Lastly check their reviews and see how other clients enjoyed them!
