Introduction: I am a military veteran so I know the benefits of hard work and reliability. With me you will get the embodiment of the Air Force core values that wete instilled in me throughout my years of service; "Integrity first, Service before self, Excellence in all we do. Also as an amateur fighter there are numerous goals needed to perform at the highest level possible such as cardiovascular conditioning, anaerobic endurance (muscle stamina), Power, Speed, Strength. An MMA fighter needs it all. With that said I know what is effective and what is not when it comes any goal my clients are striving to achieve and help them to achieve them by incorporating proven methods I have used for my training. I take a unique approach in which rarely will you feel your workout has become redundant and/or boring by constantly changing the variety of the exercises. Rarely will the same sequence be used numerous sessions in a row.
What I love most about the job is watching people feel and perform better whether its an athlete looking to improve performance or a busy professional that knows the value of an exercise program for overall health and fitness. I like the feeling of getting to know people from different walks of life which has led to the meeting of very interesting individuals.
