Jose was knowledgeable and walked me through each step of his process. He charged a fair and affordable rate for the consult. The wires were fried in the machine and he was like a surgeon trying to repair it but ultimately it was unsuccessful. I am hiring him again to install a new dishwasher.

When I reached out to Jose on thumbtack he phoned me within minutes. He was able to come 3 business days later (much sooner than anyone else), had to order a part, which installed the day after it arrived. He even vacuumed out the lint in my dryer and lubricated all the pullies. He was fast, professional, highly responsive and an amazing value!! (Angie's list quoted me 3 times more than Jose charged!) I would recommend Jose to anyone who needs an appliance repaired! There is a reason why he has over 500 review and 4.9 stars!
