- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that we offer a 10% discount if they are a first time customer. We also offer discounts for senior citizens, veterans, and active military. We charge $45 for service call
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical new client experience begins with the first phone call. The customer will be asked to provide detailed information about the problem, such as what might have caused it and what they have already tried to fix. Then the service specialist will make an appointment and arrive at the appointed time. A technician will inspect the device, identify the problem, and provide a written assessment. The estimate includes labor, spare parts and tax. If repairs are required, the work will be completed on site if or at our company during normal business hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering, which is what I studied in college. I am also certified as an appliance repair technician.
