I contacted Rob’s SameDay Appliance Repair about a Bosch benchmark combo oven. The oven had shorted due to faulty wiring in my apartment. Rob was quickly able to diagnose the issue. Considering what needed to be replaced (and the cost of buying a new oven), his rate was extremely reasonable. He ordered all of the necessary parts, and in no time at all had me up and running. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an appliance repair!

Rob arrived on time and found the drum broken in the washing machine. He was honest with us about how much it would cost to replace it, and how other parts might also break down behind it. He advised it would be cheaper to get a new machine and we only paid for his time for the service visit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us advice on some other appliances we had inherited in the new home. It was very kind of him to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend him.
