Coach Mark Cook is knowledgeable about the games and a caring coach. He has a passion for excellence that drives him to remain a student of the game as well. His in game coaching and management is amazing being able to witness it and learn from it myself, has improved my knowledge of the game as a Coach.
Coach Cooks passion is exhibited through positive reinforcement and accountability toward his players. He's great at building chemistry amongst the team and building relationships with his players. Him preaching unity and his authenticity to all aspects in life easily touches the players. The players feed off of that and love playing for him. In giving their best effort(players and coach) success is the usual outcome.
His effort is never in question. Coach Cook is always on his feet though out the game. He cheers and supports the team keeping the bench alive. He is also strategizing to make any necessary adjustments to his game plan.
I recommend Coach Cook to anyone seeking any help in coaching. A team first guy with his knowledge and passion is extremely rare. He is also a great people person. He does well communicating with parents, coaching staff and anyone else he may come across. I feel it is privilege to watch Mark Cook Coach.
